While all of the information in this email is important, THE most important thing is to enjoy your Bike MS experience. Have fun with your teammates, friends and family. Make new friends and connections. Give high fives to our amazing volunteers. Dress up in your fabulous Las Vegas gear. Show your spirit.

Presented by Liv/Giant and Pro Cyclery, this free women's specific clinic will teach you

• How to pick the best bike for your riding style/ability
• Proper riding posture and how to get rid of those nasty aches and pains
• and more!

Pro Cyclery will also be hosting the Giant & Liv/Giant Bicycle Demo Trucks for you to demo some great bicycles. Please bring a credit card (nothing will be charged), your helmet and cycling shoes. 

NEW THIS YEAR! Helmet Design Contest 
Do you have a knack for creativity? Show it off for your chance to win the coveted "Golden Helmet," a prize awarded to the most creative helmet design of the ride. Helmets must be submitted by November 8, 2013 at 4pm (you can bring them to packet pick-up). Voting will take place at the pre-event packet pick-up. Good luck and may the best helmet win!

Getting There
Driving directions to the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, 888 W. Bonneville Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89106, can be found by using Google Maps.

Parking
Parking is available for free at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. Overflow parking will be available at World Market. Street parking is also available. 

Rider Check-In
Every participant must pick up their Participant Packet before the ride. If you are unable to attend the Friday evening Packet Pick-Up, you may pick it up on Saturday morning at the festival, starting at 6:00am. You must bring your photo ID and have met the $250 fundraising minimum. What if I haven't raised $250? You will be required to fill out a "Promise to Pay" with your credit card information, which holds you responsible for raising the remainder of your fundraising balance by December 15, 2013. We will charge your credit card for the remaining fundraising balance on December 15, 2013.

Official Safety Video
Your safety at Bike MS is our #1 priority. We want you to have an enjoyable weekend, and this safety video will help ensure you know all the rules of the ride before embarking on your journey. Please take a few moments to watch this video and give us a call at 702.736.1478 if you have questions. 

Weather Information
At Bike MS, we ride when it's warm and sunny and even when it's cold and snowy. Please remember to dress in layers as the weather can vary greatly in various parts of the desert. Please stay up-to-date with the weather forecast for this weekend. 

2013 Bike MS Rider Manual
The official Rider Manual contains everything you need to know for this weekend, so make sure to take a look, especially if you are a new cyclist. It contains important information such as what to bring, safety reminders and detailed information about our weekend schedule.
